Please let me see you...

I had done Allison's hair and was very proud of myself, I thought she looked very cute with her little wispys and I wanted to document it before she undid my work. But she knew what I was up to as soon as the camera came out.

She was off like a flash to the kitchen. "Allison, come back I want to take a picture, please". She hid behind the stools and with added pleading started to peek up at me.

Ahhh, there's my girl...

My baby after she had, as predicted ruined my hard work.

The Python

It's just a hunk of wood, of pine wood no less, but that small hunk of wood is the stuff of dreams, of hopes, and of desire. Little boys, big boys plan, craft, and plot, adjusting this and that till the fateful night arrives.
Sister teases as it is your turn to take to the tracks
That horrible feeling in the pit of your stomach as defeat is a possibility.
Then triumph!!!!

Taylor. Very proud of his winning Python.

Evidence's of Spring

Little buds turn into little blosoms that in turn become flowers

After three days of darkness I was ready for sunshine. Monday didn't want to cooperate, but Tuesday arose with the sun breaking through the clouds. My soul needed the renewing effects of the sun. So my girls and I set off on a quest to find the evidence of spring.

I have the best Grandpa in the whole world

My grandpa takes me for rides on his tractor, he protects me when I am scared, he takes time for a picnic with his girls.

I love my Grandpa.

Happy Birthday Seena

Little Princess turns eight.

I was so happy that so many of our family were able to be there, lots of babies, Jakie, and Andrew represented Jennifer and Michael's family. Uncle Mark and Aunt Elisabeth were there with balloons. Jonathan, Isabel and small ones came even though Amaya didn't feel so smashing. Nana and Grandpa and Aunt Ivy were also there. Thank you, thank you for coming. It was a little thing and only for a few minutes, but Seena felt loved and I felt supported.
